I ordered a basket and stand from them. then i waited, after a few weeks they sent me a notice that the package had been shipped. then a few weeks later when the package had not arrived, i emailed them. no response. so i emailed them again. then they said that the package hadn't actually been shipped yet, but would ship in a few days. A month after ordering the moses basket I still have not received it. when the day finally came (6 weeks later) that I got the moses basket, I realized that I needed some padding in the the thing because it was unusable for a baby without some sort of padding. when i tried to order the padding i found that they charged $99! just for the padding... some of their fully "dressed" moses baskets were actually cheaper than just the padding! So I emailed them and asked them if they could help me.. they did not get back to me after 4 days, so I emailed them again! they said, sorry they did not sell padding seperately... so i emailed them with a link to their own website showing the padding sold seperatly, and they emailed me back saying fine, go ahead and order the padding seperately... By that time I had found a higher quality product from a web site with a phone number for 1/2 the cost! So i'm sending back the moses basket. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS INTERNET MERCHANT TO ANYONE!
