Nikki - 07/25/09 04:03:45 - 152.78.5.28I have ordered an antibody from Insight Biotechnology; have waited for over 3 weeks until I have finally called them (3 times!) to ask about my order. They said that they have changed supplier and offered me a similar antibody for a higher price. I was told the item will be delivered within the same week. Waited for another week. I called them again to ask about my antibody. Finally said delivery will be next week. All in all I had to wait 5 weeks, and experiments have to be conducted without this crucial control! Very poor customer service and will definitely switch companies!
