AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I ordered a part on January 5th and it is now 10 days later and I have received nothing!! They provided a tracking number which only means that they generated a shipping ticket on UPS website, When I track the package UPS says IT NEVER SHIPPED!! They claim they are investigating with UPS and they will have and answer in 1-2 days from UPS. I called UPS directly & they say it will be 5 days. In the meantime, CarJunky won't even reship the part! We've called customer service multiple times and are always told the same thing.. we have to wait. They've already charged our credit card $300.00 and will not give me a refund even though they know I did not receive it , they will not refund my money. My customer is furious because I have had their car for 2 weeks & it may be another week. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
