The Fulbright Commission announced recently that Timothy Stotz has been awarded a Fulbright-Hays Full Grant for the Visual Arts, to Madrid, Spain. At the invitation of the Spanish artist Antonio Lopez Garcia, Mr. Stotz will paint in dialogue with the collection of the Museo del Prado through 1999-2000.
