Kathy Roberts - 05/29/09 12:04:43 - 71.237.130.135We purchased a sunbrella with solar lights and when we received it the solar lights were put on upside down and only one half of the umbrella would raise up when cranked. We contacted the number given on the instructions they sent us an e-mail and said the umbrella was unrepairable (we sent them pictures) and that there was nothing basically that they could do for us. We were told to contact the place of purchase and quite frankly we are not willing to pay for shipping and handling to return a product that is clearly damaged. Please respond.
