I purchased some NHL gear from them, and when it didn't fit I followed all the protocol for sending it back. After about a month I called and they told they had it and it would be processed soon. Two weeks later...NOTHING...and they tell me they never got my package. Now I'm out of MONEY and PRODUCT!! Customer service is a joke. Buying from them is not worth the risk!!
