PHAM - 07/31/08 09:07:57 - 68.73.192.233ALL OF THE LOCATIONS IN MICHIGAN ARE IN DIRE NEED OF A MAKEOVER. THEY REALLY NEED DAILY MAINTENANCE. THE TILES IN THE WESTLAND LOCATION FALL AND MAKE ONE FEEL A BIT APPREHENSIVE ABOUT BATHING!
THE STAFF IS WORSE!!! TOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH TO SAY. THEIR CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS IS FAR WORSE. WHEN YOU CALL TO COMPLAIN, YOU CAN'T. THEIR ATTITUDE IS POOR AND MATTER OF FACT.
