October 2008 - brought Bissell Carpet Cleaner in for repair.
December 2008- Brought back - not repaired.
January 2009 - Brought back - not repaired.
2/24/09 Emailed & spoke with Owner (Jack) requesting money back-still not repaired.He will call back 2/25. He did not.
2/26/09 I emailed requesting refund. Jack responded. He will call back 3/1. He did not.
3/6/09 I emailed requesting refund. No response.
3/13/09 I emailed requesting refund. He called back and said he would contact me 3/16 or 3/17. He did not.
4/8/09 I emailed requesting refund. He emailed back stating he would call the week of 4/13 with answers. He did not.
4/14/09 I emailed requesting refund. No response.
4/21/09 I emailed requesting refund. No response.
