The Yoga Challenge is a system of athletic or hatha yoga exercises developed to provide a complete physical workout available on video, audio and poster. Instructor training programs and daily classes are conducted at the San Francisco Yoga Studio. Regular practice builds strength, balance, flexibility and stamina as it reduces stress, develops concentration and peace of mind.
