The Mechanical Following Puppy The Mechanial Following Puppy is an engineering design project that tracks and follows a wireless ultrasonic communications signal. The engineering design team of Steve Elks, Jim Rabon, Tommy Curtis and Jason Livingston have developed this device as their senior design project for The Electrical Engineering Department at The Citadel in Charleston,South Carolina.
