Wendy - 04/25/09 01:38:59 - 69.115.12.57Although they do carry some of the best M&P soap bases from a well known and experienced soap manufacturer, there customer support is VERY LACKING.
They only have email support and it can take days now to receive an answer or days before an order ships out.
I'm not sure there is anyone working on this site full-time or possibly this is a commercial site of the ACTUAL manufacturer of the soap.
Either way, I have become increasingly disappointed. If you get no support or cannot order in a timely fashion is it really worth it??
