UNPROFESSIONALISM is the word for that company. If it wasn't bad enough not to have english speaking people the ones that does are extremely unprepared.
The one you talking about is the Portuguese one? Very LAZY, has no CLUE whatsoever, should be working cleaning the slabs. The other one VERY RUDE. That younger guy, Bless his soul, The owner very charming man, but his crew Got to go.
