Alliance for Community Technology
The W.K. Kellogg Foundation and the University of Michigan School of Information have formed the Alliance for Community Technology, or ACT. The Alliance derives its name, purpose, and focus from its partners' belief that information and collaboration technologies are unleashing new capabilities which communities, whether based on geography or interests, can use to solve problems and seize opportunities.
