The Davis Community Network (DCN) Vision statement will go here. It will talk about being a test bed and model for all community networks. We will supply a conduit for communication to people, organizations, business and government in and around Davis. To achieve this goal we will supply the community not only with the tools for communication but also the training to use the tools and the medium to the fullest of their potential.
