Unfortunate Customer - 04/23/09 06:00:56 - 94.192.213.28I ordered some tartan ribbon from this company and when I received the order the tartan was poorly tailored and not was I expected. So I returned it the next day and I phoned them to arrange a replacement product or a refund. I was refused both, they hung up on me and even said 'Go away....you are stupid.'
I couldn't beleive it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
