Pamela - 10/13/09 05:49:45 - 216.31.231.38I needed 12 matching pillar candles to use as center pieces at my wedding reception. At first I was thrilled with the speed in which I received my order from buyacandle.com. Unfortunately the candles I received were full of tiny bubbles and ugly. I contacted them immediately and I was told that I would have to pay to return them, which I did for a sum of over $40 (ground from west coast back to east coast). Their website says they promise to make you happy. I guess it's true that you shouldn't believe what you read on the internet. They not only refuse to refund my return shipping expense to me, but they deducted the original shipping charge from the credit to my credit card. So it cost me $55 worth of shipping charges and I have nothing to show for it! That is the worst customer service ever! They don't stand behind the quality of their product or the claims they make on their website! Order from them at your own risk!! Pamela
