I opened a business account with this company and requested a DMV record for one of my employees in December 2008. Immediately my credit card was charged a fee of $24.95 for the drivers record. Their policy stated that within 2-3 business days I should receive the report. After numerous telephone calls and emails, I have not received any courtesy call nor DMV record. When I called their 866-535-1934 telephone number, an answering service with recording of Sara Barnes. Its been three months and yet no one has responded to my request.

I filed an investigation with the BBB and after 30 days against 4safedrivers.com, because I want a full refund. Since I filed this investigation, this company has NOT responded to me nor the BBB to clear up this matter. If anyone who has information on how to resolve this matter any further, please let me know. I know I may have to hire an attorney and take them to court. The unfortunate thing is I live out of state. CONSUMERS BE AWARE!
