They have no live customer service, a punative return policy, and a 'blame UPS and the manufacturer' attitude if you actually have a problem with something you buy from them. I had much a much better experience with their competetitor, ***********.com, as they have a much more responsive and reasonable customer service and return policy.

Their correspondence with us was presumptuos and tactless. Following further research we also found their prices were not competitive -- the combination of these factors makes this a definite one to avoid.
