Steven Eeds - 01/19/09 03:16:24 - 69.30.146.249I ordered a ribbon set through this website, but quickly realized that they didnt have a clue about state ribbons, even though they claim they do. I was descriptive as I could be on the attachments for the ribbons and told them to email me or call me with any questions that they may have. When I recieved my ribbon set, they had the attachments wrong on 3 ribbons out of 16. I understand things get screwed up sometimes, but what drove me to write this review was when I called the Ultrathin company in Norman, OK and tried to explain the situation to the woman that answered the phone at 8:52 am on Monday 19JAN09. She was snide, rude, attempting to be demeaning, and clearly not suitable for customer service at any level. She basically kept telling me that "we cant read your mind" even though I made it as simple as I could on the order form and told them to call or email with any questions. Mistakes I can deal with, and would have been ok with driving the 50 miles from my house to Ultrathin for them to fix the attachments. With that womans hateful attitude however, I will NOT do business with that company again. I will order from out of state. In this day in time, how in the world would any business owner or manager allow someone that challenged in how to treat customers answer the phone.
