Sent emails to Kathy requesting shipping information and finally received one response a couple of days before Christmas. She apologized that she hadn't gotten back to me and offered to ship the cards priority mail saying they would arrive Christmas eve or the day after Christmas. Not my ideal situation, but thought it was good she was trying to fix the situation. I immediately emailed her back saying that I still wanted the order, but could she ship to my mother's address instead as I was leaving that day to spend the holidays with her. I never heard from her again. We waited for the package Christmas Eve, apologies to Mom, but your gift will be here on Friday. Waited Friday and nothing. I have since sent emails to Kathy and have never received the courtesy of a response, explanation, etc.. I am surprised to see so many positive testimonials on her website as apparently her customer service is as bad as her fulfillment of orders and I notice that one cannot add a testimonial or review on her website. I had to go in search for this one. Just want to warn future customers so that they don't have the same disappointing experience that I had by not having this gift for my mom. Really bad experience.
