An item from my original order was omitted therefore I had to reorder the item and additional items (to meet the minimum purchase fee) and I also had to pay S&H as well. Out of courtesy the customer service rep did not offer to waive the S&H fee. Plus, I received the items after my daughters first b-day party. Now I am in the process of shipping back the items I could not use and paying S&H once again. Buyer beware....
