I placed my order on 9/25 and when I still hadn't received it by 10/3, I checked my account at the site. Per the site, it hadn't even been packed yet, yet alone shipped (though they were quite efficient at debiting my account for the purchase price). I tried e-mailing the company; the e-mail (to a previously active address for them) was returned stating that that mailbox was no longer being monitored and to submit questions at the site. The site comment form has been taken down, stating that they're too busy to respond and to please call. Calling netted me a recording saying their phone lines are so busy that they cannot accept any further calls.
Lots of run around and broken promises. Beware!

I would order my cigarettes on Monday and I had them on Thursday like clock work for 2 years. I made my next order on 10/03/08 and the money was taken out of my account on 10/07/08 and it is now 10/11/08 and still no cigarettes. They have shut down all ways to communicate with them so I have no idea how to get my $150.00 back. I will give them another week and if I have not received my cigarettes I will file a complaint with the BBB. This is so disappointing to think you are doing business with a reputable company and then they rip you off. I will get my money back and for anyone else who has been ripped off, the only other info about this company that I have is that they have another site 001cigarettes.com and the email link is working on that site but they have not responded. Their company address says it is in Irving NY but I have always received my cigarettes from P.O Box 610 HWY 4, Jemez Pueblo NM 87024. When I looked on the BBB site, it said this company has been in business for 3 years and there are no official complaints. The NM address is also located on the BBB site. If any other consumer has any other info about this company, please post all info!

Although I DID finally get my money back they NEVER responded to my emails or answered their phone and I had to threaten to report them to every agency available before I received a refund. Sadly, I will never use their services again and warn anyone that uses them that you may have the same problem that I did!!!
