This resource is devoted to the life and work of Robert Boyle (1627-91). It is associated with the Robert Boyle Project, which is based at Birkbeck College, University of London. The Robert Boyle Project is currently preparing new editions of the complete Works (14 vols.) and Correspondence (6 vols.) of Boyle: these will be published by Pickering & Chatto Ltd. in 1999-2000 and 2001 respectively, and will definitively supercede the imperfect collected edition by Thomas Birch (1744; reprinted 1772, 1965).
