D.D. - 12/25/08 07:31:23 - 65.27.207.120This is the true site for W.O.C.A. their is another that claims to be (Brown ) out of Minnesota,however they are a break away from C.C.O.C. and were ordained and Consecrated by C.C.O.C. Bishop's .They are now affiliated with Apostolic Catholic Church Of Brazil.They have said some half truths about Bishop's Vandeventer ,and Mondokfrom whence they recieved thier Consecrations . If Mr Bishop Fiester is so anti women priest why is he a Deacon in the Episcopal church and his wife is doing a ministry for the deaf. I wrote a letter for special permission for him to continue in that service in agreement with Bishop Price of the Epicopal Diocese of Southern Ohio. May God forgive them for the Backbitting and half truth statements that they have posted on thier website in thier History.yes I asked him to leave when he camre to my home and threatened me with ex-communication nice for an auxillary to serve ex-communication upon his Archbishop. I dare say anyone would have reacted the same Convicted without trail. Thank You +Frank Vandeventer
