John Simken - 11/09/08 13:24:48 - 67.174.220.4Great website. You can download a free workout manual too. They have instructor certifications, which seem like the best price around ($99). Sometimes, if you shop around, you can get a certification cheaper elsewhere when sales are run.
I checked into the gyms in my area (Los Angeles) and all but one accepted this certification. There were a feew gym managers that also had this certification. It may be different in other areas though. Anyway, they also have a Cyber Trainer, which gives a workout plan for free. I'm not sure how they make everything free on this website.
