The Alaska-Siberia Research Center (AKSRC) is an independent, non-profit, non-partisan educational and research institution for thought and opinion on Alaska-Siberia affairs and cultures. The Center seeks to inform, but does not take political positions or attempt to influence policy. Our mission is to conduct, coordinate, and support research projects related to Alaskan and Siberia issues.
