Hristova - 04/16/09 06:12:11 - 86.148.127.251I would like to complain about the Bulgarian Embassy in London.I visited it on 14/04/09 related change of travel passport.I was met in front of the door by a member of the staff-Stoyn Penelov.I was told that my passport-sized photo were invalid because they are on gloss paper.He sent me to a photo"Kodak"on Clouster road where I was charged £20 and I was given fake reciept for the service.I believe that it is against the law and and my passport photos were valid was .
