ISSUE: Refused refund for test canceled by center
This company took my money for a certification exam, then when the test center closed on the day of my test because of their technical problems and canceled all exams, they refused to give me a refund. The professional organization that had contracted with Edgia/NetCertification has subsequently chosen a new vendor so I can't just reschedule to take the test I already paid for, because this company isn't allowed to offer it any more.
This same company sells online or CD/ROM training as well as testing, so anyone who cares about being treated fairly should consider their behavior in this case before purchasing any of these products from them.
Many people feel that when a company fails to deliver on a contract through no fault of the customer then refuses a refund they should be avoided at all costs. You may want to be very, very careful before doing any kind of business with this company known as both Edgia and NetCertification.
