We are customers, though last bought about 6 years ago. Looking now for next year. Ver disappointing web site as there were virtually no actual scenes as previously, just artists impressions which we can do.
Your catalogue had scenes like "Bear and Sons Sled Builders" or "Planning Santas Route" and we could see WHAT we were getting and in the price list, a good idea of what each figure did. Now I have no idea of what the individual figures do or even what they are supposed to do.

I bought them years back from the Hamberger catalog. Wanted to increase my display but can't find any of them..You should pay someone to redesign this site and make catalogs a thing of the past
