I am wanting to spend money with them but in the past 3 weeks I've been placed on hold for over 20 minutes each time, I have also emailed my question 3 times after hanging up the phone and still no response. All I want to know before placing an order is what the freight cost are for a drop shipment. If this is how I'm going to be treated before I'm a customer, what will it be like to be a customer! I'd rather pay more and have my supplier will respond to me.
