It turns out they are located in Tucson AZ and I live in Phoenix, so they sent the order out ground the same day I placed the order, and refunded my card the difference. The glasses arrived in perfect condition packed very well the next day in plenty of time for my occasion. They followed up with an email to explain what they did with a tracking number.
