I also inquired @ customer service about my "new" Kohls credit card.The friendly service rep advised me to use the in-house phone to activate my "new" card. So I did. I then did a little shopping & chose to use the new card. Then I discovered that m y new card could not be used, nor could my old one. So back I went to customer service where I again called another rep only to discover that BOTH of my cards had been cancelled.I was then assigned a temporary number & was told that I would receive a "new" card in a few weeks. Now I have a flimsy piece of paper that requires me to show my driver's license in order to charge. What a c onfusing & unpleasant start to my day & my shopping. What a hassle!!!!!! A real turn-off.
