Paula - 02/25/09 03:27:21 - 75.134.117.38I loved the site, it was very easy to navigate, however, I placed an order back in the beginning of August for simple hair ribbons, and I never received them. I got some sob story about how she was having difficulty at home and yadda yadda yadda, but I was charged for the ribbons and shipping. I filed a complaint with BBB of Alabama, which did not resolve the issue. I was sent a copy of the letter that Michele Wentworth(owner/operator of bows in bloom) gave the BBB and it stated that it would take about 2 months to get everything back on track and consumers re-imbursed, here it is Aug-Sept-Oct-Nov-dec-jan-feb over 7 months and still no results......SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE...
Darla - 02/25/09 15:40:50 - 65.13.148.145I ordered from her Nov 14 2008 for my girls for Christmas gifts. It's February 25 2009. I paid almost $40. I got NOTHING. I have sent her 4 emails, and I have mailed her at her P.O. Box, and it was returned as the address isn't any good. I as well reported her and I have had no news only to report that she has disabled her web site ... perhaps I have saved someone else from being stolen from. The worst part of all ... I'm from Alabama so I ordered from her becuase she is in Alabama. I could have given my money to anyone but I wanted to spend my money with her .... should have gotten them here in Louisiana.
