The National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation (CFC) provides financial and business management services to its approximately 1,000 electric cooperative distribution and power supply system member/owners across the US. CFC is an independent source of financing that supplements the credit programs of the USDA's Rural Utilities Service (RUS).
