adrian wright - 05/29/09 08:11:06 - 88.108.10.30Well if you had asked me last year i would have said this store was great, cheap downloads and a great selection of tunes, however a recent experience with dancerecords.com has left me feeling really bitter!
Two weeks ago i took 3 days to filter through and select all the tunes that i wanted in mp3 320 format. I put them into my cart and went through checkout paying $89/£59 ,with my visa debit card ,for over A HUNDRED TRACK'S. Once the tracks came available to download i started, one at a time ,downloading. Until i came to the tenth track and, for some unknown reason, something went wrong with my order. A message appeared saying 'there has been a problem with your order soemone will contact you. THEN my whole order disappeared, no trace in my account history, no trace in my cart and no email order confirmation of my transaction. However! $89/£59 was debited from my card on the 16th of may, this i can prove!
Now here's the important part, things go wrong and mistakes are made anywhere but normally you can speak to someone to sort the problem out right?.....wrong, not with these guys
Iâve sent 7 emails,telephoned america from the uk ,where i live, and their number ,(001 510 9851505) is out of service, and now even wrote a letter. Even tried contacting them through myspace.com and still....
NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER FROM DANCERECORDS.COM
Shit customer service and total robbers! i paid 59 quid and got 10 mp3 tracks.
I think that 2 weeks is ample time to respond to 7 emails, so now the only thing i can do is tell as many people as possible about dancerecords.com, so hopefully nobody else gets ripped off like I've been!
If your reading this dancerecords.com,I just want either my tunes ,which i paid for, or my money back, and 10 bucks for the money Ivâe spent on trying to contact you!
