ESREA has a Steering Committee of 12 elected members and 4 ad hoc members. It is elected for a period of 3 years and selects the ESREA Chairperson from among the elected members. The day-to-day work is supported by the ESREA Secretariat which is currently located at the Centre for Learning and Communication in Organizations, Leiden University, The Netherlands.
