Human Cognition Research Laboratory at The Open University, UK
The Human Cognition Research Laboratory (HCRL) comprises some two dozen academic staff , research fellows, and Ph.D. students, all undertaking a combination of basic and applied research in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cognitive Science, and Human Computer Interaction. The long-term goal of this research is to understand the fundamental processes of cognition, and to exploit this understanding where appropriate in the design of complex software systems.
