They take your deposit, claim damage and will not return your money. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. Check the Better Business Bureau in Boise for their rating before you rent from them. THEY HAVE A BAD RECORD. DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL BE SORRY. RIP OFF SCAM ARTISTS
KayLee - 07/28/09 05:53:29 - 209.63.216.149Rented 2 jet skis, paid $1000 deposit. One bumped into a dock and put a minor scratch in the paint and they are saying they have to take it in to get the whole thing repainted and it'll 'probably' cost $115 to fix just the scratch. I was calm and asked if we could get a different quote or speak with the company ourselves and he replied 'It is not up for negotiation." Every time I started saying something, I was interupted by that. We then asked for a copy of the rental agreement and he said that he will mail us a copy after everything is all said and done and he has taken what he needs from the deposit. He then told us to get out or he would call the cops for trespassing. I guess we aren't entitled to a copy of something we signed? I'm fine paying the actual cost of the damage, but this man was unreasonable, unprofessional and rude. Rent at own risk.
