Thursday, June 13, 2002 Chinese Guards Shuttle Asylum-Seekers. Two more North Koreans entered a South Korean diplomatic office in Beijing on Thursday, but Chinese guards followed them and took one away, a South Korean official said. Until China grows a conscience with regard to its relationship with North Korea, it will be hard to accept claims that they are making any progress on human rights.
