Later that day I decided to add to my order and I called Fetpak's customer service. Even though it was like 4 PM the rep added the item to my order and still shipped it the same day. Very polite and they go the extra mile. Thank you Fetpak.

They have been my faithful supplier of boxes, bags, counter displays and jewelry displays for my business. They have helped increase my sales because of the way I package my products. Also, me being one to wait until the last minute, Fetpak gets my order here the very next day. They never charge shipping either. One of my orders had to weigh over 200 lbs, and still no freight charge. I'm not sure how Fetpak manages to turn a profit doing that but obviously they must as they have been around for a long time. Plus is you call them their customer service people are awesome. I nominate Fetpak best company of the year!
