I subscribed to this site for a while but did not get very far and did not personally find it very helpful. I was having much more sucess on another site so I decided to unsubscribe. This was when I discovered that the administrators of this site make it impossible for you to unsubscribe. When you click on the unsubscribe button it informs you that you cannot do this until you have deleted your family tree. I went to my tree and deleted it person by person until it was completely empty, then I tried again to unsubscribe and got the same message again that I must delete my tree. I searched in vain for some way of doing this and could not find it. I decided to contact them but found that they do not want contact. I can understand this with millions of users all over the world it would be unworkable but they should at least have contact for things like this or have the solution in their FAQs.
If you are not serious about using this site - beware! You may be stuck with it forever.
