I ordered a bed canopy for $80, they charged me the day after and I never received it in the mail. I e-mailed them about my order asking about the status of my order and no one ever got back to me. I tried calling their number and it never works! It just keeps ringing and ringing. All they want is your money. I'm never ordering from there again and I told everyone I know not to order from that stupid website. I also went to the Nicamaka website and e-mailed them about customer service, but they never responded back to me either. All in all, don't ever order from www.nicamaka.com or www.buyhammocks.com. The dumbest people run these sites, actually I'm not sure if there's anyone running them!
