However, my most recent purchase never arrived, nor did I receive any tracking information. Getting in touch with the company has proved difficult if not impossible. Their phone number is an automated message that says to go back to the site you purchased from and send them email. The only problem with that (it was the first thing I tried to do by the way) is the form they link you to for contacting them about an order is really a catalog request form. I tried posting in UPPERCASE that I did not want a catalog but rather status on my order from 2 weeks ago. Hopefully they'll write back, otherwise I'll be rejecting the charge off my credit card and looking for a new vendor for krups water filters.
Diane - 09/24/09 13:34:53 - 128.9.136.210Same situation as Todd. We ordered a Krups appliance 3 weeks ago. Our credit card was charged right away. We never received any tracking information. Contacting the company is impossible. We faxed them and also sent an e-mail via their site, but it was just a form to request a catalog! I also typed in large letters that I did NOT want a catalog and just wanted to find out my order status. If we hear nothing by tomorrow (which is the deadline I gave them in my fax), we will also decline the charge on our credit card. Shame on Electrobest. I will look into reporting them for fraudulent practices.
