Erick and Madeleine Vedel offer hands-on cooking classes and full-week workshops in Provencale cuisine in Arles, France, the heart of Provence. In small groups learn the healthy olive-oil based cooking of the region, taste the robust wines, listen to the history, and meet the artisans who've made their cheese, collected their honey, tended their vegetables and pressed the grapes as has been done for centuries.
