Turns out the shirt is discontinued, but I was not contacted or credited. They had my phone number and email address. The employee I spoke with was unapologetic about the matter. BUYER BEWARE!
AronPa - 01/05/10 06:43:52 - 72.234.43.92I had a similar incident, but I wanted a full fledged suit, a few shirts, a tie, and shoes. I am out $620 from this company. I gave them my phone number, cell number, and email. They have sent me one email, which told me that they were willing to negotiate (they have yet to)and they have yet to contact me personally -- I'm not around the house when they called, but they happened to speak with my mother twice.
The employee was not helpful,will not negotiate, and has told her that I need to take it up with the bank.
Like JoeCO had said, BUYERS BEWARE!!!
