They seem to have no idea what they are doing and completly screwed up my order. I had to fight with my credit card company because they would not refund the money after they made me miss my flight becasue I didn't get my passport on time. They claimed it was a problem with fedex but fedex can prove they didn't ship the package the day they said they did.
