Their email for order support is poorly monitored, and they also claim that they didn't receive emails you sent or that they didn't send emails you received. They also make you pay the shipping fee and a pretty outrageous 'restocking' fee for returned items. I received an email notification that an order I had placed was cancelled, however the items was shipped to me and I returned the item. I then emailed and ask that they refund the charge since the item was returned, but got no response. I then called and got them to refund me at least part of the charge (they kept $73 for shipping and 'restocking'). In addition, they were rude about it.
