PENNY - 01/22/09 16:20:08 - 68.222.156.114Just happened to tune in tonight to the "Moonshine" program. I was impressed. It was great. Took me back to the days of my grandma and grandpa. The program was done in good taste and gave a real picture of what moonshiners were like. Of course, it didn't include those not-so-honest moonshiners who used inferior ingredients and materials for the still, and it didn't mention those who bought the real thing then cut it with dangerous things just to make more money. 'nough said. I liked it very much and will definitely consider buying the video for my grandchildren to get a first-hand idea of how their great, great grandparents made it when making ends meet wasn't easy.
Thank you so much for an enjoyable Thursday evening with the 'boob tube.' Smile!
