National Solar Observatory
The National Solar Observatory/Sacramento Peak (NSO/SP), Sunspot, New Mexico, is part of the National Solar Observatories (NSO) and under the National Optical Astronomy Observatories (NOAO). NOAO is operated by the Association of Universities for Research in Astronomy (AURA), under a cooperative agreement with the National Science Foundation (NSF), for the benefit of the astronomical community.
