Home State Bank Team Manuel
Joe Zander wrote this manual for his Little League team, Home State Bank, in Crystal Lake, Illinois. Players on the team are 10, 11, and 12 years of age. Working with players in this age group, he has also managed three All Star teams. With more than twelve years of coaching experience at various youth levels, he enjoys teaching and motivating kids to play baseball with great preparation, hustle, and team work.
